RETURNS

Once you have placed your order, you cannot make changes as our system is automated. Additions, free items, etc., cannot be added to your order once placed. The item/s must be new and the packing unopened to be eligible for a return. Items must also be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery. Please note: any returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). No returns will be accepted without an RMA. Please get in touch with us for an RMA. Tel. 559-556-6072

We offer returns/exchanges on items returned in resalable condition, unused, and in their original packaging. Products considered “resalable” have been unopened, unused, not tampered with, etc.

If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect item, or an item you ordered is deemed out of stock upon fulfillment, we would be more than happy to correct your order or issue you a full refund on those items. Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method supplied at checkout.
